What are my payment options?

Currently, we only accept payments via bank transfer to our BCA Account.

What are your shipping costs?

Delivery of items within Jabodetabek with values less than Rp. 2.000.000 will have delivery charge of Rp. 200.000. For purchases outside of Jabodetabek, please contact us and a shipping fee will be calculated by our team within 48 hours.

How do I place an order?

Items can be added to your bag by clicking Order Now button. Once you are ready to process your order, you can click on the shopping bag icon, and follow the prompt to send your order request to Vidia Home. We will send you an email with your invoice within 24 hours. Once a payment is received, we will start processing your order and you will be notified when it is ready to be delivered to your home.

Can I make a special request such as measurement, color or material for the products you have in your collection?

Absolutely! You can do so by clicking on the Enquire this Product button. Fill in the required information in the form and submit your request. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. Alternatively, you may contact us directly here.
