Vidia Home will only provide exchanges or credit notes for a full priced merchandise items if you notify us within 5 days of originally receiving your order. We will only accept products if they are still intact and in a saleable condition, accompanied with the receipt. Exchanges or credit notes will be issued for the original price of the product only - excluding any shipping cost.

 

We always ensure the quality of the product before shipment, so if you notice that the merchandise is damaged upon delivery, please immediately inform our courier for an exchange.
